چکیده
Land use and land cover change are among the drivers of environmental change. The Suluh River Basin’s modeled in this study using a modeler. To accomplish goals study, Landsat images ancillary data sources were utilized. In eCognition Developer 9.2 software, nearest neighbor fuzzy classification was used to classify images. With IDRISI Selva 17.3 detection modeling carried out. Both qualitative quantitative analyses conducted. results showed that, despite drop forest 97.2%, grazing 89.8%, plantation 89.1%, shrub-bush 1.5%, water bodies 84.8% from 1990 2002, bare increased by 10.6%, built-up 29.4%, cultivated 65.4%. model projects, bare, built-up, will increase at cost bodies, grazing, forest, shrub-bush, between years 2028 2048. Rainfall, slope, height, distance rivers, highways, towns, population density main determinants LULC area. Therefore, order promote sustainable development, safeguard river basin, lessen severity changes, appropriate management timely action must be taken policymakers decision makers.

Investigating and Predicting the Extension of Dunes Using Land Change Modeler (LCM) in the North West of Yazd, Iran
In the present study, in order to calculate the movement of sand dunes in the period between 2001 and 2010, the ASTER (Advanced Space-borne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer) images were used. The training samples were obtained from the field, and the images of the years 2001 and 2010 were classified using maximum likelihood algorithm and decision making tree. The study area was classi...

Aims and Background: The present study purpose to investigate and predict the changes of metrics and Landscape change processes in the Gorganrood watershed in Golestan province. Methodology: First, land cover maps were prepared in 1990, 2000, 2010 and 2020. Then predict land cover changes for future conditions, under two scenarios (1) continuation of the current trend of change for 2040 and (...
متن کاملModeling Land-use and Land-cover Change
Models are used in a variety of fields, including land change science, to better understand the dynamics of systems, to develop hypotheses that can be tested empirically, and to make predictions and/or evaluate scenarios for use in assessment activities. Modeling is an important component of each of the three foci outlined in the science plan of the Land-use and -cover change (LUCC) project (Tu...

Study deals with the land cover dynamics analysis using remote sensing data over urban, suburban area in northern Belarus (Polotsk and Novopolotsk cities and surroundings) over the period 1994 – 2002. SPOT 3 and 5 images are used for the study. Land cover change detection is conducted using image differencing and post-classification comparison methods. Several classification methods are tested ...
متن کاملImpact of urban land cover change on land surface temperature
The rapid growth in urban population is seen to create a need for the development of more urban infrastructures. In order to meet this need, natural surfaces such as vegetation are been replaced with non-vegetated surfaces such as asphalt and bricks which has the ability to absorb heat and release it later. This change in land cover is seen to increase the land surface temperature. Previous stu...
